Support Request: Kiosk app not working as expected

Hi there,

I've encountered an issue with the kiosk application when searching for an address. Specifically, the address I input does not appear or return any results, which is frustrating. Interestingly, the same address works perfectly when I use it on Chrome and Edge browsers, indicating that the problem is likely specific to the kiosk.

To troubleshoot, I have already attempted to reinstall the kiosk application, hoping it would resolve the issue, but unfortunately, that did not lead to any improvements. Could you please provide me with some guidance or possible solutions to fix this issue? Your assistance would be appreciated!

See our Version History page for reference: https://www.sitekiosk.com/sitekiosk-classic-windows-version-history/

More likely a new version will include browser updates for your browsing experience. SiteKiosk has its own built-in browser. You can compare version build numbers from the Quick Start Menu or Configuration to the version history page for reference.

I have tried the SiteKiosk 9.9.7077 version but am still experiencing the same issue.

When an address is searched, it doesn't always appear on the Kiosk; sometimes, you need to search the address multiple times. However, it works fine on other devices.

When I search addresses that autopopulate in the form, for example the following three addresses, they do not come up but when I search that address in Google maps it shows a location for it. This is outside of SiteKiosk. I am seeing similar behavior in SiteKiosk.

269 Parnell Road, Parnell, Auckland, New Zealand, 1052
45 Broadway, Matamata, New Zealand, 3400
455 Tiniroto Road, Ngatapa, New Zealand, 4072

Can you provide a specific case where the behavior is different in SiteKiosk vs outside of SiteKiosk in Chrome? The examples above did not show an address but some of the addresses that autopopulate did.
