Support Request: Keyboard Disabled
This is similar to ticket 26734. Windows 11 (23H2) on Dell Optiplex AIO 7400. Luckily SiteKiosk was set to not start on boot. They keyboard worked in BIOS but as soon as Windows started to load (spinning circle), power to the keyboard was disabled. Luckily, this time, the mouse and touchscreen continued to function. Updated the BIOS and device drivers but not change. Uninstalled SiteKiosk and after a restart, they keyboard was working again. Tried multiple keyboads. I did not try the keyboard combinations on the support forums as there was no power to the keyboard at all. Thank you!!!
