Support Request: Random Application restart

Description

Hello,
we have build a kiosk ordering app which works nomally on browses uninterrupted. but when i swap sitekiosk (either test once or assigned user) though it works normally randomly every 2-5 minutes or so restarts the app. in
sitekiosk log
10 0000 2025-09-05 10:57:35 +0300 [SKNG RootApp] Pinger for app App01:contentPlayer:PID 9380 has not responded, shutting down.
but no other info.
in chrome designer no error comes up in console and either in application logs. what may cause this ? is there any way to log what is going on and triggers the restart
disabled screensaver , changed the restart parameters but always the same behaviour.

Hello,

SiteKiosk Classic Windows uses a Chromium CEF engine installed with SiteKiosk.
The specific engine version depends on the version of SiteKiosk Classic you have installed.
Currently, SiteKiosk Classic 9.9.7305 uses Chromium CEF version 136.0.7103.33.

Information on how to debug a webpage in SiteKiosk Classic Windows with the Chrome Browser Skin can be found here:

Otherwise, a possible cause could be system performance in combination with the current timeout value you specified in your Watchdog configuration (20 seconds).
To check this, you might try increasing the Watchdog timeout to 30 seconds (default) or 60 seconds. You can change this in the SiteKiosk configuration under: >Maintenance > Monitoring > Settings.
